ring size guide
How to measure your ring size at home
Method 1: use string or a strip of paper
- Cut a strip of paper or string
- Wrap it around the base of your finger where you’d like the ring to sit
- Mark where the paper or string overlaps
- Measure the length (circumference) with a ruler and refer to our 'Ring size conversion chart' below to convert into a letter
- Repeat to double check
Method 2: use a ring you already own
- Place your ring on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (mm)
- Match this diameter to our size chart below to find the letter size
Tips for accurate sizing
- Measure your finger at the end of the day
- If your knuckles are larger, measure both the base of your finger and your knuckle, and choose a size in between
- Avoid measuring your fingers when they’re particularly hot (e.g. after exercise) or cold (e.g. after an ice bath?), as they may be larger or smaller than usual
