PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is 2 weeks, not including delivery times. This may be shorter depending on my available stock. 

SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are sent via Australia Post using either standard or express shipping (except International).

• Standard postage within Australia is $9 and will take 3-6 days.
• Express postage within Australia is $12 and will take 1-4 days.
• Standard postage to New Zealand is $12 and will take 4-7 days.
• Express postage to New Zealand is $20 and will take 2-5 days.
• International postage is $30 (express). Estimated delivery times can be found here. 

Delivery times are estimated by Aus Post. Delays outside of HoH's control during transit may occur. 

All packages are sent with tracking which will be provided via email. Your tracking number can be used on the Aus Post website to track your order. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DUTIES & TAXES

All international orders are shipped with Auspost Express. Please note you need to check your local tax rates, particularly the UK and EU as these can be high and are payable prior to delivery. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to HoH at the customers expense. In the event of a product return and refund, these duties & taxes are not refundable.
