Refund policy

To accurately determine your ring size, please use the ring size chart prior to ordering. If you're concerned about the accuracy of your measurement, it's recommended to visit a jeweller to measure your finger.

Please note - Postage fees associated with exchanges or returns are the customers responsibility. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within a month from the purchase date. Please email your order details to info@houseofhanzo.com.au with "EXCHANGE REQUEST" as the subject title. The item must be in its original condition. Please include your name, order number, design ordered, size, and reason for exchange.

REFUNDS

Refunds are accepted within a month from purchase date. Please email your order details to info@houseofhanzo.com.au with "REFUND REQUEST" as the subject title.  The item must be in its original condition. Please include your name, order number, design ordered, size, and reason for refund. 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs). This applies to all items that have been marked down or purchased during sale promotions.
